Delete your Pipette account
Use this page to request deletion of your Pipette account and associated data from Liquid AI. Pipette is provided by Liquid AI.
Steps
- 1Email Liquid AI at legal@liquid.ai from the address associated with your account.
- 2Include your name, the email address for the account, and a short note saying that you want your Pipette account deleted.
- 3After verification, Liquid AI will delete eligible account data and notify you when the request is complete.
Data deleted
- Account information associated with your Pipette account, such as email address and OAuth profile name when collected.
- Feedback content and optional contact email associated with your account.
- Account-linked analytics identifiers and usage analytics where they can reasonably be tied to your account.
Data kept
- Aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized data that does not identify you.
- Benchmark results and device hardware information that are not tied to your account identity or that Liquid AI is permitted to retain under applicable terms.
- Records Liquid AI must keep for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or compliance reasons.
Retention
Verified deletion requests are processed within the time required by applicable law. Security logs, IP records, crash reports, and backup copies may remain for a limited period before routine deletion, and legally required records are kept only as long as needed for those purposes.
